Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, energetic, and coffee-loving Delivery Driver/Production Assistant to help keep our roastery operations running smoothly—and our city well caffeinated .

What You’ll Do:

• Pack and deliver fresh doughnuts and coffee to our cafés and wholesale partners
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time (bonus points for good vibes!)
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Drive our company vehicles around Victoria—safely and professionally
• Be a supportive team player at the roastery
• Represent Discovery Coffee’s culture and service standards wherever you go

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid BC Driver’s Licence and a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and get things done
• A positive attitude and flexible mindset
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Available for early morning shifts and Saturdays
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the roastery

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in a roastery or production environment
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Passion for coffee and curiosity about the industry
