Lead the validation of cutting-edge vehicle systems in a dynamic automotive environment!■About the companyOur client is a leading automotive manufacturer with a strong presence in the Japanese market. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality operation of prototype and pre-series vehicles. You will investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with colleagues across different locations. You’ll play a key role in adapting vehicle systems to meet customer requirements and standards. This involves coding and parameter adjustments within vehicle ECUs. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring on-time vehicle releases.■Main tasks include・Investigate and resolve technical problems by updating/coding ECUs.・Transfer knowledge from Group development and quality assurance divisions.・Improve processes related to vehicle preparation and testing.・Ensure high quality of driver assistance systems and online connectivity testing.・Contribute to the development process by identifying and reporting issues.・Develop market-specific validation test strategies.・Optimize Group's vehicle validation IT systems.・Establish efficient workflows for issue tracking and resolution.If you are interested in this position, apply now. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
・3+ years of experience in vehicle systems testing or validation.
・Strong knowledge of whole vehicle systems.
・Experience with ECU coding and parameter adaptation.
・Proficiency in English (business level) and basic Japanese.
・Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
・Strong communication and teamwork skills.
