Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Trial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise throughout the trial process, ensuring a successful and efficient outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist legal teams with all aspects of eDiscovery and trial support, including collecting, processing, and analyzing data
• Utilize trial presentation software such as Relativity, Trial Director, and Everlaw to create effective trial presentations
• Provide hot seat support during trials, ensuring all A/V equipment and software is functioning correctly
• Create accurate and visually compelling mockups, infographics, and presentations to support litigation strategies
• Assist with document review and management, and provide litigation support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as legal studies, computer science, or information technology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery and trial support
• Expertise in trial presentation software such as Relativity, Trial Director, and Everlaw
• Experience providing hot seat support during trials
• Proficiency in creating effective visual aids such as flowcharts, org charts, bar charts, and pie charts
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Familiarity with arbitration, litigation, and trial procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
