The Role

Engineering work

• Engineering services - Modification of existing facilities, introduction of new facilities and production lines
• Short- and mid-term investment planning, budget management, and performance reporting
• Simultaneous implementation of several small-scale projects each year
• Technical meetings with internal and external parties
• Development of equipment design and specifications based on internal guidelines
• Management of external engineering and installation contractors, etc.
• Introducing new technologies and solutions to the operations team
• Preparation and submission of notifications and applications to government agencies
• Management of technical books

SHE support services (the following tasks are currently covered by the senior manager and some support may be requested in the future)

• Implement standards and requirements at all site levels
• Implement process safety and personal safety programs at all site levels
• Perform risk and hazard analysis on all operational aspects
• Investigation of accident causes and elements of insecurity
• Prepare safety data analysis reports
• Prepare reports on energy reduction, water reduction, and CO2 emission reduction
• Oversight of various activities in the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)

Maintenance services

• Technical assistance to mills, including troubleshooting as needed
• Improvements to existing processes and equipment

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing plant (food, chemical, materials, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, daily necessities, etc.)
• Knowledge in chemical, mechanical and electrical fields
• English: TOEIC 700 is preferred. If you are not allergic to English, you can learn it after you join us.
