業務内容
About the Role:The Data Management Lead is to manage and improve the master data processes across key areas. You will work with commercial and IT teams to ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and supports business operations effectively.Key Responsibilities:•Lead master data strategy and daily operations•Manage data quality, consistency, and compliance•Work with IT and business teams to improve MDM tools and systems•Ensure proper data lifecycle: create, update, and retire data•Monitor and resolve data quality issues•Support integration between systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, PLM)•Guide data stewards and ensure teams follow data standards•Promote data ownership and provide training when needed

求められる経験
Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in MDM, data governance, or related fields
•Experience of implementation of MDM frameworks, including data quality, stewardship, and lifecycle management
•Experience with MDM platforms and tools(e.g., Informatica, Ataccama, SAP MDG)
•Understanding of ERP and enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, etc.)
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Fluent in English
