Primary Job Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate Include:

• Develop and coordination of brand awareness, marketing, and sales strategies
• Promotion of our client's products and services to target markets through direct sales and in person interactions
• Use a generated lead list to follow up with some customers and provide targeted product and service recommendations based off of the information listed
• Ensure professional delivery and friendly demeanor when speaking with potential or existing clients
• Actively participate in daily campaign meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve marketing and sales skills and stay current with industry trends

Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about continuous learning and development
• High level of integrity and demonstrated experience in a client/customer-facing role
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the capacity to exceed sales quotas and outreach metrics
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team setting
• BA/BS in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred
