We're currently on track for explosive growth and need to add an experienced associate to our team. The position will involve working directly with the owner to provide support and help clients. We are looking for an attorney who is looking for growth opportunities, we need someone who can work independently and take on challenging assignments. Our ideal candidate will be an associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation and have an undergraduate degree and a JD. We love to help people learn and grow. We need an associate with a preferred 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time position where you are expected to manage a caseload. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. Responsibilities: If these statements appeal to you, then you may be our Attorney:

• Possess strong negotiation skills and excellent organizational abilities to effectively represent clients.
• Advocate on behalf of clients by thoroughly understanding their needs, analyzing situations, and strategizing action plans.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure prompt progress in civil litigation processes.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to address clients' needs and explain court processes and strategies clearly.
• Regularly attend court proceedings and assist in managing litigation cases.
• Uphold a high level of accountability and responsibility to ensure cases are handled professionally and in compliance with legal regulations.
• Manage individual casework independently, including representing clients in hearings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation law matters at a legal firm is preferred.
• Must hold an undergraduate degree with a legal background and a Juris Doctor degree.
• Extensive knowledge of marketable titles is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, especially in high-stress and emotional situations.
