Looking to be part of a team that transforms spaces and delivers high-quality tenant improvement projects? This is your chance to join a fast-paced, collaborative construction team as an Estimator ! You’ll play a key role in shaping projects from the ground up—analyzing costs, working with top industry professionals, and helping bring innovative spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze construction documents, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Develop bid packages and review subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the project management team with cost planning, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
• Participate in site walkthroughs to fully assess project requirements.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Experience reviewing architectural plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills when working with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
