The Job

  • Plan, execute and manage various events and live experience projects.
  • Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients.
  • Handle all administrative and coordinating paperwork for projects.
  • Craft and develop creative event proposals for different clients requirements.
  • Service and advise clients on their requirements prior to each event project.
  • Ensure a seamless event experience by overseeing on-site setup, execution, and teardown, managing logistics, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Secure quality event services by sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors like caterers, audiovisual providers, carpentry and entertainers etc.
  • Assist event manager in necessary preparations and planning work.
  • Handle event budget management by meticulously tracking expenses, adhering to budgets, negotiating contracts, and managing invoices.
  • Manage project timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
  • Developing and proposing event concepts and themes for various events.

The Profile

  • Degree/Diploma in Events Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar field and industry.
  • Strong skill in communication, project planning and coordination efforts.
  • Outgoing and not afraid to take on challenges.
  • Sufficient knowledge of audiovisual lighting aspects.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  • Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and be independent.
  • Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
  • Strong work commitment and looking to progress into a leader.
