Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Co-CEOs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of important meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and coordinating action items.
• Manage executive-level communication and correspondence, including managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making by the Co-CEOs.
• Coordinate and execute special projects as directed by the Co-CEOs.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• High level of discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with little supervision.
