Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development
• Lead, manage, and motivate a kitchen team of 10+ staff.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to meet the restaurant's high standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Culinary Excellence
• Oversee menu execution and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Actively participate in food preparation and cooking to set the standard for the team.
• Innovate and update menu offerings while preserving the authenticity of our cuisine.
• Catering Management
• Plan, organize, and execute catering events, ensuring flawless service and high-quality dishes.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to meet specific catering needs.
• Operational Oversight
• Work in tandem with the General Manager to meet operational goals.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure high-quality ingredients.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Communication and Collaboration
• Maintain open and effective communication with the General Manager and other team members.
• Participate in planning and strategy meetings to align kitchen operations with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Hands-on approach to leadership and operations—this is not a desk job.
• Experience in catering management is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
