Facility Operator
Direct Hire; up to 52K

Duties:

• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs including changing out leaking fittings, valves, repairing hoses, etc.
• Perform basic to intermediate level pumping skills including monitoring tank levels and pressures, tank thieving, and tank gauging; troubleshooting equipment on location including electrical, automation, and mechanical
• Log documentation electronically; monitor locations for leaks, hazards, etc.
• Completes JSA per shift/daily; operates location's automation system (SCADA)
• Assist with cleaning tanks and containments
• Treat customers respectfully and act in a cordial and professional manner
• Maintain safe and clean facilities – basic housekeeping duties and processes; replace filters
• Check equipment to mitigate potential problems or safety issues and reports to appropriate personnel for repair(s)
• Clean area debris, remove plants, pressure wash etc.
• Complete and/or assist with monthly/annual inspections checklist for required SPCC plan
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or comparable such as GED
• 3+ years in oil and gas industry HIGHLY preferred
• Experience overseeing contract workers HIGHLY preferred
• Know standard concepts and procedures
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills; punctual and dependable with great attendance
• Communicate respectfully and professionally across all levels of staff, customers, and vendors

Other Info:

• Required to be on call from time to time or as scheduled by the Field Supervisor
• Must have a valid driver's license and deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and national criminal background check
• Submit timesheets timely and accurately for approval; adhere to schedule and be flexible to adjusted work schedules based on company needs
