The Ideal Candidate We Seek:

**Holds a Cache L3 qualification or above (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree a plus).

**Possesses proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of child development theories and best practices.

**Excels in communication, with the ability to connect effectively with children of all ages and backgrounds, as well as build trust and rapport with parents.

**Embraces a creative and innovative approach to early childhood education, fostering a love of learning through engaging and stimulating activities.
