Your Role

Mission

• Deliver “customer focused” service locally of the system , especially Adhesive application system and Self Piercing riveting, used in body shop of automobile manufactures in Kyushu area.

Tasks

• Plan and execute service activities.
• Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and etc., which related after sales service of equipment mainly used for bodyshop of automobile manufacture.
• Testing, validation and installation of Data Driven Service for Atlas Copco equipment used in Body in White production.
• Report equipment condition, customer’s maintenance schedule as well as customer’s future production schedule.
• Evaluate Atlas Copco current adhesive/sealing and self piercing riveting application system with customers to find out optimum usage under customer required condition, this includes proposing and testing adaptions of equipment/software
• Overhaul and maintenance of equipment in office and customer site.
• Travel to customer site in Japan as required and travel to Yokohama for training time to time.

 
To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements

• Experience in service of equipment electrically and mechanically.
• Experience in automobile industries is a plus 
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, networking,…) 
• Driver license
• Ability to understand Automotive OEM production processes including.
• Relevant work experience with industrial assembly systems, their set-up and installation is advantageous
• Highly motivated, capable self-starter, team player, able to demonstrate successful performance with independent problem solving, presentations, leadership and task oriented to meet changing deadlines
• Be capable and responsible as Atlas C opco representative to communicate with customer on various level
• Basic knowledge of customers Production System is a plus
• Aligned to the Atlas Copco Way

Reporting/Language

• Fluent Japanese (Speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Enter level English

• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal, commercial and negotiation skills

Personality requirements

• Engineering background with hands on experience. The candidates like to work in a multi tasks team and is proactive contributing to the outcome of the project. Likes to make proposal and able to convince other people.
