Seeking customer focused, multi-service, self-motivated Technician for the area of Field Installation and Repair. As a leader in providing telecommunications services, we specialize in providing installation, maintenance and emergency repair support to telecommunications companies from across Canada.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Must be safety conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality installations for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service in customers’ homes and businesses.
  • Install and repair support for Phone, Internet and TV transported over fiber networks.
  • Troubleshooting and repair support for IPTV, Internet and Phone Service transported over fiber, copper.
  • Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis.
  • Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber and copper networks.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction.
  • Highly Adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures.
  • Working at heights in different spaces in accordance with provincial and federal guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ years of technical field experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, all seasons.
  • Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract quarterly.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in various locations.
  • Successfully complete a criminal background check.
  • Comfortable working with computers.
  • Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is required.
