The Role

• A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance. Key duties include preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and assisting with long-term financial planning. The role also involves assessing business trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and collaborating with different departments to align financial goals with company strategy.

• Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and variances.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in creating and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial Modeling: Strong skills in building financial models to assess scenarios and predict outcomes.
