• A foreign manufacturing company who develops, produces, sells, and exports unshaped refractory materials for iron and steel making, and has a parent company which is a leading company in the industry listed on NYSE.
• The company is leveraging its strengths to gain a high market share in the niche market in Japan, one of the world's leading iron and steel markets. It is already a stable company that has been in business for more than 30 years since its establishment.

The Role

• The main area of responsibility will be in finance and accounting.
• You will also be managing five people as the head of the entire administrative department, including general affairs, human resources, legal affairs, labor affairs, IT, and others.

Your Skills

• Experience as head of an administrative department in a company of similar size or smaller.
• Experience in accounting and finance as the main focus, but also experience in managing other departments.
• Reporting experience in English.
