The Role

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for designated business areas
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, tech) to identify cost-saving opportunities and growth levers
• Develop detailed financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews to local and global stakeholders
• Drive automation and scalability of financial reporting tools and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial controls
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and long-range business planning

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• 3-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting, ideally in e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced multinational environments
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex, cross-functional challenges
• Fluency in Japanese & English

• 8,000,000 yen - 14,000,000 yen
