The Role

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance and trends, identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to gather necessary data for comprehensive financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed management reports, including dashboards and KPIs, to highlight key insights and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial planning systems and databases.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and projects as needed.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday) and financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
