Who are we looking for?

Bosak is currently looking for Full Time Receptionist for our Burns Harbor locations.

Mon - Thurs = 10-6

Sat = 7-2

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate individual/department in a timely and professional manner.
• Balances register per the “Opening” procedure guidelines. Enter any unposted gas slips into excel and complete nightly deposit at the end of the day.
• Cashiering responsibilities including but not limited to close RO's that were cashiered by yourself (CAS) as well as Parts tickets that were processed by yourself (CA). Sort RO's and Parts invoices in numerical order as well as scan service and parts tickets.
• Conducts other daily clerical duties as the placing postage on out-going mail, Daily Deposit, checking Bosak email and eSelf-Service, answering the phones; Provides basic title assistance and prepares warranty cancellations
• Contacts Indiana and Illinois customers in regard to license plates and will Fed Ex Illinois plates accordingly
• Print invoices and delivery receipts for new vehicles; Makes new vehicle deal jackets and tags; files them in the correct folders; Stocks in new vehicles and file deal jackets upon completion.
• Make used and trade vehicle deal jackets and tags; put used keys in order and put away the second set of keys appropriately.
• Set up expense for Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle; mark deal jackets accordingly
• Print temporary plates for sales team as requested when a vehicle is sold. Log in and/or log out plates in the plate book.
• Attends all staff meetings, training and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned and accepts new projects willingly.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
