The Luxe Nomad/Nisade has a well-established and operating owner and property management division with a wide range of properties across Asia within its portfolio. Emerging from the pandemic and with a renewed sense of purpose with The Luxe Nomad’s partnership we are looking to drive Property Management and Owner & Guest Experience forward and truly challenge the status quo within the hospitality industry.

主な業務内容

• 予約を正確かつ迅速に処理し、確認書を送付する
  
• 予約、ルームリクエスト、問い合わせなどの電話対応
  
• リゾートのイベント、アクティビティ、ダイニングオプション、レンタルの空き状況を常に把握する
  
• 運営上の制約の中で収益を最適化する
  
• 顧客データベースを管理し、予約チームやゲストサービスチームと定期的に連絡を取る
  
• フロントオフィスチームと協力する
  
• 販売テクニックを駆使し、宿泊予約の処理と確認を行う
  
• ゲストの問題や苦情に共感を持って対応し、ゲストの満足度を重視する

• Process reservations accurately and promptly, sending confirmation letters
• Handle incoming calls, assisting with reservations, room requests, and inquiries
• Stay updated on resort events, activities, dining options, and rental availability
• Optimize revenue within operational constraints
• Manage customer database and communicate with reservation and guest services teams regularly
• Collaborate with the front office team
• Utilize selling techniques to process and confirm room reservations
• Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on satisfaction

Requirements

必要条件

• ネイティブ／ハイレベルの英語力
  
• 日本語ができることが望ましいが、必須ではない
  
• 北京語、広東語、その他の言語に堪能であれば尚可
  
• 情熱的で熱意があり、やる気のある方
  
• 友好的、親切、忍耐強い態度
  
• プレッシャーのかかる環境で活躍できる方
  
• 土日祝日を含む7日間のローテーション勤務が可能な方
  
• 学習が早く、ひらふやその周辺地域に関する深い知識を習得できる方
  
• 卓越した対人能力、コミュニケーション能力（口頭、書面ともに）
  
• 困難な状況でも冷静に対処できるチームプレーヤー
  
• 信頼性と時間厳守
  

• Native/ business level English proficiency
  
• Japanese language highly desirable, but not essential
  
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and other languages is a plus
  
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
  
• Friendly, helpful, and patient demeanor
  
• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
  
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  
• Quick learner, acquiring in-depth knowledge of Hirafu and the surrounding area.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  
• Team player with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
  
• Must exhibit reliability and punctuality

310万円～360万円
3.1 - 3.6m yen/year value contract package
