The Role

Position Summary

• The Head of Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The role partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.

Financial Operations

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key liaison with investors, board members, and external partners.
• Present financial results and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
