With a culture of innovation, they continue to offer unique solutions in the logistics and fulfillment space.■Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Manager will oversee and develop the DF program for Japan, managing P/L and operational metrics, leading team expansions, and enhancing the program for customers and suppliers. The Head of JP Direct Fulfillment will contribute to the long-term technology roadmap within Supply Chain Optimization Technology Group and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic solutions.■ Main tasks include・Manage and develop the Direct Fulfillment (DF) program for the Japan market, overseeing P/L and key business metrics・Lead the team in launching new initiatives and expanding the program, while monitoring and measuring its overall health・Provide leadership to program managers and seller partner service managers and associates・Develop long-term strategies to grow the DF program and contribute to business expansion・Collaborate with various departments and global teams to provide optimal solutions・Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on a monthly and quarterly basis#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■ Skills & Experience Required
・Bachelor's degree
・7+ years of team management experience
・7+ years of program or project management experience
・Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
・Business level in both English and Japanese (verbal and writing)

■ Nice-to-have
・MBA
・Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
・Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
・Ability to develop innovative ideas for process challenges
・Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
