Position Overview:

As the Head of Product Development at Nucs AI, you will lead the development of our AI-powered products, focusing on clinical integration and patient outcomes in prostate cancer care. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare integration and product development, particularly in the MedTech sector. While technical knowledge is important, this role places a greater emphasis on healthcare experience and the ability to lead product teams that prioritize clinical relevance, usability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Integration and Product Development:
  • Proven experience in integrating healthcare applications into clinical settings, especially working with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
  • Strong focus on developing products that meet the needs of healthcare providers and enhance clinical workflows .
  • Lead the product development strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical integration requirements and usability.
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and PACS vendors to ensure seamless integration and product effectiveness.
• Clinical Integration and Leadership:
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery challenges, patient care, and how technology can improve outcomes.
  • Ability to guide cross-functional teams in the design and development of user-friendly, secure applications that address critical healthcare needs.
  • Ensure that all products align with healthcare compliance regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Provide leadership and vision, ensuring the product development process remains patient-centered and driven by healthcare innovation.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet healthcare security and privacy requirements.
  • Ensure development processes comply with medical regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and support clinical data integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Healthcare Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product development for the healthcare or MedTech sectors, with a strong focus on clinical integration. A deep understanding of healthcare environments and the ability to work closely with clinical teams is a must.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinicians, technical teams, and business leaders.
• Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, challenges in healthcare integration, and MedTech product development.
• Technical Skills: While not the primary focus, experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
