ONSITE Position in Woodbury MN- up to 25 hours per week

Pay Range $18-$21 per hour for the 1st 8 weeks while in training- At end of 8 weeks transitions back to new hourly rate plus coach incentive. Potential to make up to $28 per hour 

POSITION SUMMARY: As the Profile Coach you will help clients create and implement effective solutions to improve their health and wellness. Use general knowledge of medical conditions, nutrition, and diet to help clients reach their weight loss goals. Identify behavior and habit changes to help clients transform their lives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides an exceptional experience to help members get results and maintain a healthy lifestyle

• Meets 1:1 with members (in-person or virtually) to provide education, accountability, and support.

• Supports members in their journey by setting goals, holding them accountable, educating with weekly topics, and monitoring progress

• Educates members on Profile’s healthy meal plan, product/supplement use and behavior change

• Holds members accountable to purchasing Profile foods according to their meal plan

• Helps reach monthly goals that includes getting new members and engaging current members

• Builds internal and external connections to build awareness of the brand and its services

• Completes ongoing continuing education and coach development plans

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Ability to connect and build relationships
• Wildly focused on customer service
• A natural gift of sales and the ability to use resources to drive revenue
• Results-driven to hold members accountable in getting results to reach team goals.
• Passion for health and wellness
• Comfortable with the use of meal replacements as part of structured meal plan
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide direction, ask impactful questions, actively listen, and provide empathy
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt and solve
• Technologically savvy - comfortable coaching virtually using video conferencing technology, Microsoft Outlook, POS systems, CRM & scheduling software, phones, and able to learn new platforms

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  

• Bachelor degree preferred but not required. Wellness & Sales experience preferred.
• Achieve and maintain Profile Coach Certification.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
