Hiring Office Administrator Location Remote in Mississauga, ON :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to work at our client's location.

Location: Mississauga

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Oversee administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours.
  • Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial reporting.
  • Handle vendor management tasks, including maintaining relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in office management or front desk operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and budgeting principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and vendors professionally.
  • Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
