Here's what you'll be doing as a Support team member:

You will work as both a host and expediter at our new location, working behind the host stand and expo counter. We are looking for customer focused, outgoing individuals who will create a positive first and lasting impression for each guest!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, providing them with menus, silverware, and menu updates
• Deliver food to tables in a timely manner, correctly providing customers with their order
• Keep track of customer levels, managing the door based on guest needs and strength of service
• Keep tables, the restaurant, and the kitchen window clean and organized
• Stock cutlery, menus, and garnishes throughout the day
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items, including dietary and allergy restrictions
• Ensure that service times are maintained to make sure travelers needs are met
• Follow all takeout procedures
• Adhere to food safe requirements

Requirements

• Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoon, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Firm understanding of the English language (fluency in French an asset)
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Hourly Wage:

Host: $17.81 - $18.80

Expo: $18.35 - $20.65
