As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operation. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the success of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the hotel staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Manage and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales.
• Uphold the brand reputation by ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Familiarity working with hotel branding standards and procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
