Job Title: HR Assistant

Pay Rate:$24/hr.

Shift: Day Shift

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Skills/experience:

• 2 years of prior HR experience
• HRIS system experience
• Excellent presentation/training/communication skills to hold new hire orientation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Suites including, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams are required
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to work alone on a broad variety of projects is required.
• Ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations is required.
• High level of integrity and trust, with strong ethics and values is required, and the ability to maintain confidential information/records.
• Daily and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Due to the requirement of driving between the locations, they will need to have a valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation and their vehicle's own insurance.

Duties:

• Filing via paper & e-filing via scanning
• Creating New Hire Packets (making copies)
• Screen and interview candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Coordinate & schedule new hire orientation with the trainers/candidates
• Order lunch/pick up lunch
• Track employee attendance
• Draft disciplines for attendance
• Track temp hours
• Other duties as assigned
