Job Description

Position: (Part-Time) HR Assistant

Work Location: Horsham, PA 19044

Payrate: $25/hr

Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: 20 hours per week

  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 6 hours
  • Friday: 6 hours

Dress Code: Business Casual

Job Description:

  • Assist with job postings, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and schedule interviews

Real Estate Management (Apartments):

  • Manage furniture leasing arrangements for employees to relocate to new locations
  • Coordinate housing logistics, ensuring employees have appropriate accommodation

Fleet Management (Enterprise Cars):

  • Coordinate vehicle assignments and track fleet usage
  • Handle fleet-related logistics

Relocation:

  • Oversee relocation logistics for employees, including arranging furniture and car relocation
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth transitions for employees

Other details:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resource experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong background in all HR functions, including onboarding and recruiting
  • Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Suite
  • Must be proficient in math for handling logistics, such as calculating fleet usage and relocation expenses
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes: Yes
