The HRBP position in the Life Science industry is a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support for a leading global company, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR service to the business.

Description

* Provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to the business
* Develop and roll out HR initiatives that align with business goals
* Lead hiring efforts and manage the recruitment process
* Support employee growth through engagement, motivation, and retention
* Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and regulations
* Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs
* Share insights with management through HR data and reporting

Profile

* 10+ years of HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner or with solid HRG experience
* A strong background in HR operations, particularly in talent development (TD) and organizational development (OD)
* Manufacturing experience is highly preferred, with a focus on operational HR support and business partnership
