月次・年次決算を含む会計業務全般の統括、報告業務、J-GAAPおよびIFRSに準拠したコンプライアンス対応
予算策定、フォーキャスティング、財務計画プロセスの主導
税務コンプライアンスの確保および外部パートナーとの監査対応
グローバルの財務チームおよび日本法人の経営陣と連携し、戦略的意思決定を支援
内部統制の導入およびプロセス改善の推進
会計・財務・関連分野の学士号（CPAまたは同等の資格保持者優遇）
財務または会計分野での7年以上の実務経験（管理職経験を含む）
日本の税務および会計規制に関する深い知識
日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
製造業、自動車業界、エンジニアリング分野での経験があれば尚可
