TalentWorld is looking for a skilled 309A or 442A Licensed Electrician to join our client’s innovative maintenance team in Guelph. Electrician Responsibilities

Perform urgent repairs on electrical production equipment and ensure safe, efficient operation.
Diagnose electrical issues; troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
Support preventive maintenance and contribute to the continuous improvement program.
Update CMMS with repair documentation; communicate issues in daily shift meetings.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and layouts for equipment installations.
Source parts, manage inventory, and uphold strong 5S practices in maintenance areas.

Electrician Qualifications

Certificate of Qualification 309A or 442A with Apprenticeship.
PLC and programming experience/education an asset.
Familiar with electrical standards, motion control, servo/VFDs, and CMMS.
Skilled in troubleshooting schematics and managing projects, including contractors.
Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, stick, brazing, oxy-acetylene).
Flexible with shifts, overtime, and working at heights/confined spaces.
