Inside Technical Sales Representative

Our client, a global leader in fluid handling systems, is actively looking for an Inside Technical Sales Representative to join their team on a contract basis with a possibility of becoming permanent staff. The Inside Technical Sales Representative will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Bilingual in English and French is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Provide technical assistance
• Sizing and selection of equipment
• Prepare quotes and follow up
• Order entry, delivery times, back-order management
• Answering calls
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales of technical products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and Ability to multi-task
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good computer skills
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
