Salary: $133,500 - 222,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering/science fields. A Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant area is a bonus. You should have experience in software project management, specifically leading teams of approximately 15+ engineers and possess at least 8 years of relevant industry experience. Additionally, a minimum of two years in a project leadership role is essential, with a proven track record of successfully completed software projects. Proficiency in software integration and testing is necessary, along with experience in defining software packages and stakeholder management. You need to follow a Software Development Process which includes planning, estimation, requirements gathering and analysis, concept development, design implementation, test plan execution, and engaging in work product reviews.

Responsibilities:

• I need you to lead a team responsible for the testing and release of software for a complex distributed control system. You will manage the content of each software release while collaborating with stakeholders such as Function Project Leads, system engineering, and program/project management. You will also develop and maintain long-term plans for software release content across a multi-site and multi-project environment, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards and processes. Streamlining the Source Software Release strategy, overseeing the integration of software deliveries, and leading thorough testing (including integration, regression, alpha, and beta testing) will be key parts of your role. I expect you to effectively manage customer communication regarding software delivery content, identify and mitigate product and process risks, and participate in peer reviews of requirements and design documents.
