As a Head of IT Canada, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology within the DLL operations in Canada. You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the IT strategy ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and driving technological excellence to support the organization's goals and continuity.
You will provide technology consultancy to the rest of business functions and propose technology solutions to cope with business challenges, anticipating business changes and fostering innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will create a security by design culture within the technology team and uphold regulatory and global policies are fulfilled.
You will have a dual reporting relationship which allows for local delivery and global technology guidance. The role directly reports to Canada General Manager and Global CIO as part of the global IT management team.

Applicable Pay Range
$157,354 - $236,031
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, pension plan, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
