The Role

• Handle basic-to-intermediate IT inquiries through various communication channels
• Resolve hardware and software issues for diverse computing environments
• Configure and maintain workplace technology and network access
• Support cloud applications, Office 365, and company-wide systems
• Facilitate smooth technical operations between users and IT infrastructure
• Document solutions and manage equipment resources
• Coordinate with regional IT leadership on ongoing projects
• Enhance user experience through proactive technical guidance
• Adapt to evolving business requirements in a multinational setting
• Contribute to IT initiatives that support sustainable business practices

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and English (Nice to have, but not needed)
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support experience with Office apps, VPN, and SharePoint
• Windows/iOS device troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working within an international team environment
