Director of Technology Operations - Enterprise IT Leadership

Are you an experienced IT leader who excels at driving operational excellence in complex environments? We're looking for a Director of Technology Operations to lead enterprise-wide technology support, infrastructure, and service delivery across a high-performing, business-critical environment.

Based in Osaka, this role is responsible for ensuring 24/7 operational stability, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, internal teams, and global stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily technology operations across infrastructure, applications, and user support
- Lead a diverse team and manage vendor partnerships to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Represent the technology function in leadership and cross-functional meetings
- Drive SLA-based performance management and use KPIs to monitor and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with global IT delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from project launch to support
- Provide executive-level leadership during major incidents and manage post-incident processes
- Cultivate a culture of operational discipline, service excellence, and continuous improvement

What You Bring
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience in operations, support, or service delivery
- Strong track record in managing complex enterprise environments and vendor ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITIL frameworks, and SLA-driven service models
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder and team management skills
- Experience leading organizational change and driving alignment between IT and business goals
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
- Bilingual (Japanese-English)
