We are looking for a new IT Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business and departmental strategic goals.
  • Evaluate new IT project requests, prioritize initiatives, and maintain the project backlog.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively to control costs and meet financial targets.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams assigning roles and responsibilities.
  • Track progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) and keep accurate documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes).
  • Proactively identify risks, maintain a risk register, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly address issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, keeping projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive ongoing process enhancements.

What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

  • You have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
