What You'll Do
Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for internal systems, tools, and business applications
Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and system updates
Assist in onboarding new staff with technical setup and training
Maintain IT documentation and recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Comfort with cloud-based tools, remote support, and endpoint security basics
Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter with an interest in process efficiency
