業務内容
- Act as Business Partner to JPN & KOR business leaders to navigate various data to find opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance from top line through to bottom line, as well as cash flow.- Lead Country Monthly Actual Results, Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Forecast preparation- Working Capital Management to Balance Business Growth vs Cash Flow Optimization- Oversee Period End Accounting Closing to ensure Fin Data Integrity, accuracy, completeness in compliance with Corp Fin/Accounting Policy, US GAAP.- Oversee local Fin Statement Preparation, Various Tax Return filing matters through in-house people or outsourced professional firm- Maintains a robust internal control environment in terms of SOX through development of localized discipline to safeguard company assets, like FA Count- Process Champion to Streamline both Operation & Fin Process to enhance Productivity, Quality through continuous Improvement- Develop Fin Team through Role Modelling, Coaching, Experience Sharing, and Training

求められる経験
- At least 15 years of finance experience with progressively responsible roles at US MNCs; 5+ years of those at managerial levels is strongly preferred

- Must be a well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity, Possessing Excellent Control & Process Improvement skills
- Track record of creating value-added financial analysis for tangible results
- Familiar with JPN Business Environment/Practice, Tax, Banking Regulations
- Be Business Partner with effective communication skills (English) to influence senior level in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge in SAP systems, Proficient in EXCEL.
- Good Experience in FIN Team Build Up
