Responsible

Mega KOL Activation Management

• Lead Mega KOL IMC Plan including casting and negotiation with the DTL/DAM and Brand team
• Maximizing Media/Social KPIs(Reach/Views/Engagement/VTR/EGR etc) to achieve business results. And reputation through Mega KOL content generation, management of Mega KOL social media channels, and development of optimum Mega KOL relationships through agencies.
• Generate UGC with Mega KOL/Gifting activities
• Maximize PR event reach by engaging with social influencers and develop the content to create social buzz. 

IMC Campaign management

• Create content for press releases with Brand team.
• Seeding and gifting activation to connect CPD brands and KOLs.
• Relation building with strategic media partners and generate publicities
• Managing own social account

Agency management

• Working with casting agencies and multiple stakeholders(e.g. production/media) to achieve business results and identifying opportunities for high visibilty.

Data Analysis

• Data Analysis for Mega KOL activities and deduce next campaign KPIs.
• Manage social tools(Sprinkr/TRAACKR etc.) 

KPI

• Digital Brand Performance( #of Views/Engagement, Share of Views/Engagements/Influence )
• Maximize PR results with better ROI
• Brand business results

Deliverables

• Working with the Brand team on product promotion campaign
• Brief to Casting agency
• Working with an Casting agency for influencer content creation/Gifting
• Working PLA with agency(KOL creative study/Learnings from media result )

Budget

• Mega KOL activation planning/ Mega KOL  content creation/ Own social account management

Must Have Aspects 必須項目

• Minimum 3-5year experience in digital PR/PR related job
• Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill both in Japanese and business
• Conversational level of English
• Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
• Digital Data analysis
• Basic and useful knowledge of the SNS media, up-to-date media trend /social networks/ Consumer trend
• PC & Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualification 希望項目

• Ideally cosmetics background
• Global company experience, with excellent communication ability in both Japanese and English
