Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Cook and prepare dishes according to the client's recipes and standards.
• Ingredient Handling: Cut, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes before they are served.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following hygiene and food safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the control and management of food and kitchen supply inventories.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable kitchen experience.
• Culinary Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of culinary equipment.
• Physical Condition: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Languages: Basic knowledge of English; Spanish is an advantage.
