業務内容
1. 派遣スタッフへの指示を通じて、日々の医療消耗品の注文処理と配送プロセスをリードする。
2. 新しい要件に基づき、注文処理および配送プロセスに関連する注文プロセスを更新/修正すること。
3.価格の不一致が検出された場合、承認されSAPに登録された割引価格に関する調査を実施すること。
4. 正確な財務記録を記録するため、必要に応じてクレジット/デビットメモや出金依頼書を発行すること。
5. 安定的な運営を確保するための派遣スタッフの雇用と教育・訓練。
6. IT ツールを活用し、ビジネスプロセスの最適化とデジタル化をサポートする。
応募資格
・3年以上のオーダー管理の経験
・業務プロセス構築(計画、修正・改善、指示など)経験
