Position Overview The firm is seeking a
Solicitor Lawyer with a minimum of
six years of experience to support its expanding client base. This role offers a balance of
independent file management and
collaborative client work .
Key Responsibilities - Manage a diverse range of solicitor matters, including corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
- Provide practical and strategic legal advice to long-standing business clients.
- Collaborate with team members on complex files while maintaining independent client relationships.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship management with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications - Minimum of six years of experience practicing as a solicitor.
- Strong background in business law, real estate, and estate planning is an asset.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
- Ability to manage a challenging caseload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
