WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • Thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in a sales environment
  • Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in phone calls.
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about property management industry and grow as a leasing professional.
  • Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently.
  • Strong computer, organization and time-management skills.
  • Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
  • Actively championing diversity, equity and inclusion to create an environment of belonging.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driving license

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Sales/Leasing team manages the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person, managing guest cards, showing suites, applying product knowledge, to final approved application.
