• - no call or weekends
• 45-minute new evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups with med management Outpatient care
• - 80% child/adolescent, 20% adult patients
• Patients complete intake with social worker before psychiatrist visit
• EMR: InSync
• Spanish speaking required
• Diverse patient population including Hispanic, Haitian, and Orthodox communities
