業務内容
• Lead formulation of the M&A and Corporate Strategy Plan (known as 中長期計画) • Lead and manage the M&A process from target identification to post-merger integration.• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for potential deals.• Collaborate with legal, finance, and external advisors on deal structuring and negotiations.• Identify strategic opportunities for growth through acquisitions, investments, or divestitures.• Develop and maintain relationships with potential target companies, investors, and industry experts.• Support leadership in strategic decision-making and business planning.

求められる経験
•At least one of the following ①～④ experiences:
① In-house M&A, Corporate development experience
② M&A Experience in Investment Banking sphere
③ Investment Management Experience in PE Fund
④ M&A Advisory Experience in consulting firm
•Strategic thinking and ability to assess market opportunities.
•Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling expertise.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese.
•Project management and multi-tasking abilities.

•Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
