Job Description

We're searching for a diligent Mail Scanner who is responsible for scanning incoming and outgoing mail using a variety of scanning equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with scanning equipment, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Scan incoming and outgoing mail using a variety of scanning equipment
• Verify that all scanned documents are legible and accurate
• Categorize and file scanned documents electronically
• Sort and deliver incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail for shipping
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding scanned documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with scanning equipment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
