Edmonton, Alberta.We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will play a key role in maintaining the plant, production, shipping, and rolling stock equipment, ensuring operations run smoothly.

What you will receive:
- Full-time day shift schedule from 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Overtime available
- Starting rate of $40 - $45 / hour

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the continuous operation of all equipment by performing preventative and required maintenance
- Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for a variety of equipment and work with the vendors to source parts
- Complete all required inspections and maintenance as defined in the company’s quality procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the Production Supervisor and CSR Supervisor to meet production goals and deadlines
- Supervise outside contractors on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Equipment Maintenance or a related trade ticket (Millwright, Electrician, Welding, etc.), or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
- Strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to follow all safety protocols (PPE, OSHA regulations)
- Good mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25KG and working in outdoor conditions
